FAQ

Q.  Who built your home, The Nightmare on Waterman Hill?

A.  That was a big point of contention during the shoddy construction case, but ultimately, the Jury found that the responsible party was (as we had claimed all along) James A. O’Neill personally and doing business as Construction Management Services. Despite his attempts to “muddy the waters” by claiming that he acted solely as James O’Neill President of C.W. Augustine Inc., the Jury saw through the CW Augustine Inc. BULL– and gave us one small moment of joy / vindication in a sea of eye opening injustices at the hands of “The Courts”.

The Jury has and will always have our gratitude for their efforts. If it was all up to them, justice really would have been served.

Q.  After 14 years, why revamp the site now… What keeps you going?

A.  It has lately been reinforced to us that our message has not had the necessary reach to keep others from being taken advantage of by people like Mr. O’Neill. We hope to show you in his own words and the words of his former employees, just how he does business. As well as how anyone who knows as much as he does about the flaws of our laws and justice system could take advantage of unsuspecting new home buyers and or those who would apply for low income housing grants.

The main focus and message of this site has always been to try to ensure that no one else falls into the trap that we discovered the hard way. The “System” will not protect you adequately, and in the worst cases it may very well help the wrong-doers continue to do wrong. That being said, when you’re literally living in a nightmare like this, it’s hard not to fight back with some sarcasm and humor, so that has also been a part of this site from the beginning. Just because “Justice, just isn’t” doesn’t mean you can’t have the last laugh, right?
